STEP INTO 2008

continuing what is working and removing what is not.

Before the first day of the New Year escapes, take a few minutes and begin to consider a plan. It could be -A Tidbit, yet, whatever it is write it down under Mission/Goals for 2008. Don't let anything pass by, as it may grow without your focus. Put your thoughts on paper and set them aside until the 2nd week of January. Take another look and then begin to either add, edit, delete, embellish, or, simply put it aside again for another week or a few days.

THEN -- pick one or two and stretch them out and mush them up and chew on them a bit. As 2008 grows and evolves so will you.

If it is exercise you want, begin with 5 minutes each day. Perhaps something different each day until you find what you truly enjoy -- note -- en JOY. Then increase to 10 minutes or 15.

The most important thing you can do is to start. Achievement cannot happen unless there is a beginning.

All that a man achieves and all that he fails to achieve are a direct result of his own thoughts." James Allen

What are you thinking?
