DELETE FILES ON YOUR iPods

How to Delete Files From Your IPod

Discovered At: http://www.squidoo.com/how-to-remove-songs-from-your-ipod

Plug your iPod into a USB Port.

1. Open iTunes, if it does not automatically open.

2. In the left column, just under “Devices” select the arrow left of your iPod. Select music.

3. From the stored play-list highlight the song(s)/program(s) you want to remove, and press delete.

4. That's it, you're done.

5. To remove iPod, select your iPod, and select the "Eject" button in the lower right.

Note: Use the computer that you downloaded from to delete files from your iPod. If you accessed iTunes on Hank’s computer, to remove files on your iPod, you can only remove them using iTunes on Hank’s computer.

I am excited - I have been wanting to remove programs for a very long time. Share and enjoy. As you see, I did not invent it - yet, it has legs.

Amy here this is so great I just received my first iPod and this is great to know how to delete thanks for this. I'm 12 yrs old and was seaching on yahoo for someone to talk to and came across your blog site the home front is not great right now and I cry all the time and I'm getting yelled at by my mothers boyfriend that I can not stand and my mother is drunk most of the time.

Thanks for listening I have to get off the pc before they realize I'm on it. If there was a way for me to talk with you I really need to yet I don't have access to a pc unless I sneak on and unable to use the phone.

Jeff---Wow this is great it's amazing that when you ask customer service or go to the stores they are unable to answer this question.

I think people should become more knowledgeable to better assist there customers
