The previous post was an attempt to see how my newsletter, - A Tidbit, would look if placing it all on one page. Did not work, as being illegible is missing the purpose. Future newsletters will be without the header and simply typed.

Thought - want to begin to exercise yet no time, not focused, no time.........

Here is an idea --- suck your stomach in, hold it and count from 15 down (or begin at 30). I'm crunching as I type. Then relax -- very nice, one crunch complete. Enjoy an Ice Cream Sunday and do 10 of these. Perhaps, next time just a dish, as the Sunday may have melted while you were counting. A dual advantage, perhaps less ice cream. This is great wherever you are, and no one need know, unless you count out loud.
